PARTICULAR PERFORMANCE DETAILS--SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
Except with respect to any shipment to be made F.O.B., place of shipper or carrier or F.A.S. vessel, details relating to the shipping of goods covered by this agreement shall be determined by seller at least [Grace period to determine place of shipment] days prior to the scheduled delivery of the goods.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
